Biography

The James Reese Band from Houston is a high-energy variety band. James—the lead singer and lead guitarist—has been a cornerstone of the Houston music scene for the last 12 years and has contributed his talent to bands such as The Fab Five, Tommy Dardar, and Drywater. He is—without a doubt—one of the most creative and versatile musicians on the market, and we’re thrilled to represent his own group. The James Reese Band has a huge set list and can tailor their music based on your clientele and wishes. The JRB draws from genres such as the blues, rock, country, funk, and beyond! In addition, James has held his own on stage with the likes of Jimmy Vaughn, Chris Duarte, Vallejo, Eric Johnson, and Jake Andrews.

The James Reese Band typically functions as a trio; however, they’re adaptable. They can play as a quartet—or larger—and have a female vocalist available.
